What is not Spirituality?

Spirituality has been confused with many spheres of activities.

So the need to understand what is NOT Spirituality also becomes very important:

1. Spirituality has nothing to do with Religion and Personalized Gods.

2. Spirituality is not a blind faith or belief system or a superstition or doing black magicks.

3. Spirituality is not a Philosophy.

4. Spirituality is not meant for the aged only.

5. Spirituality is not a resort for the lazy goofs.

 Now we need to define what is spirituality:

1. Spirituality is to identify your true self and your relation with eternity.

2. Spirituality is a refined way of living.

3. Spirituality is the souls awakening from the dark

4. Spirituality is the path for love, wisdom, action and devotion.

5. Spirituality is a Journey and not a destination.

May be the above explanation looks very simple. But, simple things only are very difficult to understand.
