1st Time you find it Difficult

10th Time it looks not much Difficult

20th Time it becomes Easy

21st Time it becomes your Habit

 

 

1st Time You know it is a Mistake

10th Time it looks as though it is a Mistake

20th Time it looks somewhat Right

21st Time it becomes your Habit

 

 

Good or Bad, everything becomes a Habit. Sooner or later you fall into the Groove. Once it becomes a Habit, you are tuned to it.

 

When I took up a job, for the first few days of my joining duty, I could notice so many imperfections in the setup. All odds were clearly visible to my Eyes. For few days, I could not adjust myself to those imperfections and was murmuring. Days passed. Then, I became part and Parcel of the setup. All imperfections are invisible in my eyes.

 

Our  disposition, somehow  gives a sense of difference whenever we enter a New Office or a New House or a New Place. We could immediately make out the analysis of it.  But, subsequently, we become used to it and soon we get accustomed to it.

 

When an outside national first visits the streets of India,  would be shocked about our state of living. What about us?  Congested Roads, Perilous Pot holes, Pregnant Buses, Intruding Autos, Dangling Cables, Stinking Garbage Dumps are no indifferent to us. Happily we have agreed upon these as our routine state of living.

 

A person taking bribe gets tuned to it sooner or later and find it an easy going and never repenting for it.  So is the case of a  Thief, Murderer, Cheat, Criminal, swindler, pick pocket and so on.

 

Addictions like Smoking, Drinking, Chewing Tobaccos, Womanizing, Gambling  etc are also such. Get a taste of it, continue to do it and fall victim to it. What a Horrible one? Mind gets Mesmerized.

 

Children  falling prey to  Cinema, Television, Internet (Facebook, Twitter, Games etc), Mobile Phones, SMSing , Hanging to Music Player and  Women addicted to Tele Serials are few such addictions.

 

Getting accustomed to Good Habits also belongs to the same category. Getting up early, Praying God, Going to Temple, Brushing Teeth before Going to bed, etc are also by and large Habits only.

 

 

:: ACTION PLAN ::

//Any Thought without an Action Plan becomes futile//

 

10.    A proverbial statement says “Anything done for 21 Times becomes an Habit and gets ingrained to you”

 

20.    So, choose your actions in a wise manner. If you feel an Action is Harmful never try it.

 

30.    Never associate yourself to Bad People. Theoretically you should fall victim sooner or later. Keep distance from Bad People. Rather associate yourself to Good People through Satsangs. 

 

40.    Think Good, Speak Good and do Good. Pray God. Go to Temple, Mosque, or Church.  Be in the company of Good People.

 

50.   Introspect:  Introspection is the key to understanding self and others. Do introspection.

 

60.    Students : Please be in the company of Right Minded Students. Avoid  the 5 Devils . Mobile Phones, Internet (Face Book, Twitter etc), Television,  Cinema, and Music Players.

 

70.    Parents : Set yourself as a Role Model. What you do is implanted  in your children and society. Understand your Responsibility.

 

80.    Satsangs : Attend Satsangs. Even a group of 5-10 people can start  a Satsang. Satsang is nothing but the Sanskrit Terminology for “Truth Association”. Meet once in a week and discuss on Self Development. Just 5 People is enough. Make a start. See your development.

 

90.    Write and File: Create a File called ‘My Success File (MSF).  File Self Help Articles. Write and File all your Thoughts and Review it.

 

100. Read Good Books: Read books that would uplift you. Become a Trendsetter. Become a Role Model. Understand the Power of 21.
